This bilingual software (French / English) manages with surprising ease all aspects related to the Accounting and Financial Management of the company. It supports multi-user processing specific to much more expensive software. Indeed, several users can simultaneously register documents of the same nature such as, for example, customer deposits.

- The GL number does not define the structure of the Financial Statements. Rather, the GL account is tied to the Financial Statements format. You can easily change this format without changing the GL account numbering

- Controlled access to past and future periods at all times
- Management of customer accounts in multi-currency
- Management of accounts payable in multi-currency
- Possibility of creating auxiliaries to support each balance sheet ledger account (Ideal for employee advance and investment accounts)
- Support for fund accounting with automatic inter-fund registrations
- Reporting can be done directly in Excel; DCision ERP will populate the Excel template of your choice - only a few keys must have been previously incorporated into your template
- Supports multiple operating budgets; These can easily be imported from your Excel worksheets
- Check issuance module with the ease of delaying payments taking into account the importance of each supplier and the age of each invoice
- All reports are prepared using Word and / or can be emailed without further manipulation
- This software is designed to accept transactions from external software (and not necessarily sold by DCi Software) via an import file which is very flexible and easy to use.
