New project control tool specially designed for the construction industry<\/span><\/span> : Management of buildings and its units at the level of the project distributions and contracts<\/span><\/span>. By unit we mean the subdivisions of buildings, for example apartments and offices<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

To summarize simply, after defining the buildings and units, the user indicates to which buildings and which units will apply the charges included in distributions to the projects sub-ledger.<\/span><\/span> The user also has the option of entering a comment, for example the reason for adding an extra to the contract<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

In addition to regular reports and cross-analyzes, it is possible to export to Excel using templates predefined by users<\/span><\/span>. This export is based on the principle of financial statements with Excel template also available in the DCision ERP<\/strong><\/em><\/span> software<\/span><\/span>: It is a question of defining, using pre-difined keys, the desired information by column<\/span><\/span>. Selection filter keys on extras, buildings and units allow you to select the distributions to be considered by line<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

When launching the export for the desired contract, the system adds to the selected model the distributions that meet the selection criteria entered in the \u00ab filters\u00a0\u00bb columns by displaying the information requested in the model (amount, date, invoice number, number<\/span> extra, the building, the unit, the comment, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The person in charge can thus define his own analyzes to follow the expenses entered and compare them with the amounts agreed at the signing of the contracts.<\/span><\/span> The export function is ideal for reconciling supplier invoices by contracts, buildings and units and thus controlling project expenses more easily and quickly<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n
